A family story dedicated to your stay

My name is Sophie. In 2018, I decided to start a new adventure: renting out our first apartment as a short-term rental. Very quickly, this project turned into a true passion. Welcoming travelers from all over the world, sharing my favorite places, and helping create memorable stays brings me great joy.

In 2020, together with my partner Stéphan, we expanded our project by acquiring two more apartments in Carnon and Lattes, always aiming to offer a high standard of service in comfortable and welcoming spaces.

In 2023, faced with the challenges of finding reliable staff, we created our own family-run concierge business: Appart’Hôtel Evasion – Montpellier Plages Concierge. Our goal is to provide other property owners with the same level of care and quality we have always delivered in our own rentals.

Today, with the help of our daughters Gaëlle and Alizé, we manage each property with the same attention we give our own. This family approach allows us to offer a service that is reliable, caring, and truly personal — both for travelers and property owners.
